October 29, 2026 Update

We are happy to welcome Echolot Festival from Lucerne, Switzerland, as a new festival partner. From 29 to 31 October, Echolot takes over unusual spots across the city for its sixth edition. We appreciate that the Echolot team chose TMSQR as their app partner, and we are glad to help visitors find their way in Lucerne and through this year's programme.

September 28, 2026 Update

In September 2026, TMSQR moved from Microsoft Azure to the European cloud provider Scaleway. Our data was already stored in Europe. With this step, our hosting is now also provided by a European company. It's a deliberate choice for European technology and greater independence.

From international design conventions to science-fueled nightlife and world-class percussion, this week brings a vibrant mix of events.

We’ve officially rolled out multilingual localization in our latest sprint to better support international festival audiences. The TMSQR app now dynamically detects a user’s system language settings, automatically translating all hard-coded UI elements and navigation into English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Finnish.

We are excited to announce a brand-new partnership with SHIP Music Festival & Conference. SHIP is Croatia's premier showcase festival, held annually every September in the historic coastal city of Šibenik. For four days, this picturesque Mediterranean spot becomes a buzzing hub for the European music industry. This summer TMSQR has released their standalone apps in the stores.

TMSQR is heading to Finland. We are incredibly proud to partner with Qstock, one of the biggest and most exciting festivals in the Nordics. At TMSQR, we are constantly striving to build the best festival app. Over the last few months, our development team has been quietly working on a massive upgrade. We didn’t just tweak the design, we completely overhauled what’s under the hood. We have officially migrated the entire TMSQR platform to Compose Multiplatform (powered by Kotlin). This means we have rebuilt the app from scratch so that 100% of the app, including the user interface, now runs on a single codebase for both iOS and Android.

We are pleased to announce that for the fifth consecutive year, Rewire is using the TMSQR platform to power its festival app. From 9 to 12 April 2026, Rewire returns to the city centre of The Hague. This 15th edition will feature four days of forward-thinking music, multidisciplinary performances, and special projects across more than 20 cultural venues.
