TMSQR product update

With TMSQR we are on a mission to make the best possible app for festivals and events. For this we follow an agile approach, taking it one step at a time through scrum development sprints. Every few months, we focus on making small but steady improvements to the TMSQR technology. In this fast-paced market, flexibility is crucial, so we avoid planning too far ahead. We value the feedback and fresh ideas coming from festival organizations and their visitors, as they play a leading role in shaping TMSQR.

Here’s a closer look at the updates we’ve rolled out in this sprint:

CSV Upload for Festival Programs

A brand-new backend feature now allows organizers to upload their entire program in one go via a simple CSV file. This makes it quick and easy to add a full line-up, including artist bios and links to socials, Spotify, and YouTube.

Subpages for Information Pages

You can now create subpages within your information pages, making it possible to highlight festival locations or preferred hotels with beautiful photos and practical details, or to split your FAQ into sections. Visitors can move seamlessly between these subpages without having to return to the main menu.

Expanded Social Media Options

We’ve added more ways to showcase social media links, both on the app’s home screen and on individual artist pages, helping visitors connect directly with what’s happening online.

New Icons for Conference & Networking Events

Especially designed for conferences and networking events, we’ve added new icons to the interactive map, making navigation more intuitive for attendees.

Smart Countdown Timer

Our popular countdown timer now disappears automatically one hour after reaching zero, so your app looks clean and up to date without any manual work.

Dashboard Improvements

We’ve made several upgrades to the TMSQR dashboard, making the creation of programs, locations, news, and categories smoother and faster than ever before.

Bug Fixes

As always, we’re polishing things up. One notable fix is the play button for videos on iOS, which now fully works as intended. Also we fixed the order of planned and directly sent push messages, which are shown behind the notification bell on the homescreen of your app. And last but not least we improved the alphabetical order of the artist pages regarding special characters.

These updates are just another step forward, and there’s more to come. Stay tuned for future releases, and don’t hesitate to share your ideas or feedback with us. After all, your input helps shape the future of TMSQR.
